Established and incorporated by Nelson Sturge in 2006 as a premier property design and landscaping company. The business has since expanded and grown to include business and property management for the Wood Buffalo region. SFC represents some of the best service practices in the industry. New Image Properties was estabished in 2012 under SFC as a real estate investment and acquisition company and to date, continues to expand and improve on its portfolio.

Nelson Sturge - President & CEO
Nelson arrived in Fort McMurray from Gambo, Newfoundland in 1995. He established a great career opportunity with McMurray Serv-U Expediting in 1998 and worked his way up the corporate ladder to senior management during the 11 years he was with them, including the transistion and eventually buyout by TransForce.
Nelson had the wonderful pleasure of marrying the girl of his dreams Kristy Sturge in 2001, and is now blessed with 4 children. (Hailey, Keegan, Joshua, and Kaylyn).
Besides a dedicated fmaily man, Nelson is truely an avid outdoorsman. His favorite passions include hunting, fishing, quading, snowmobiling.
Just as in business, Nelson is dedicated to being the best possible husband and father. He is driven by the god fearing virtues of honour, honesty and loyalty.
